Qualifications

1. 1-3 years of relevant work experience in architecture design institute, excellent fresh graduates are also acceptable

2. Bachelor degree or above in art design, interior design or other related majors with professional interior design work experience;

3. Proficient in AUTOCAD, PS, 3DMAX, SU, VRAY, OFFICE and other interior design software;

4. Have ability to control design effects, have unique design concepts and artistic insights;

5. Have professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility, clear logic thinking, good communication, organization and coordination skills;

6. Have high artistic temperament and accomplishment, strong plan creativity, plan explanation and customer persuasion ability;

7. Familiar with engineering techniques, decoration materials and have great negotiation ability;

8. Familiar with the commonly used materials, technology and national standard requirements of the interior decoration industry;

9. Those with experience in pension and medical project design are preferred.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture, more than three years of domestic project experience is preferred.

2. Have a solid grasp of basic professional knowledge, be familiar with the basic standards and specifications, have a spirit of delving into professional knowledge; good learning attitude and execution ability.

3. Have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, able to withstand work pressure and have a good teamwork ability.

4. Have good communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit and the ability to analyze and solve problems.

5. Proficient in design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max, Revit, Rhino, Indesign, and related office software such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

2.Hava solid professional foundation, strong sense of responsibility and learning ability.

3. Proficiency in CAD and office software is required. Familiar with Tianzheng Electric and revit software is preferred.

2. Familiar with the specifications and have a strong spirit of research on professional knowledge. Require years of work experience in architecture design institute with a professional title or registration.

3. Familiar with CAD, Tianzheng, office software, familiar with BIM Revit is preferred.
